Studies and Preemie Weight Gain

Below are links to recent studies showing amazing benefits of certain kinds of music to stress and the brain.

Tel Aviv University study re. music and infant growth.

Repetitive sounds in music and stress.

These studies showed that the calmer preemie enjoyed greater weight gains and this has certainly proven true with those who listen to the music of PACIFE.

PACIFE music was composed /constructed after years of watching hundreds of preemies reacting physiologically to sounds and combinations of sounds. Those that created increased heart rate, lower sats, higher CO2s were eliminated. (The Israeli study used Mozart Sonatas, however Mozart used quarter notes and eighth notes which are irritants. PACIFE has none.). What emerged were surprisingly beautiful, absolutely dependable melodies.
